I have been a patient of the Sanfords for >10 years. I drive over 45 minutes each way to see them. Their staff is friendly and kind. Their facility is clean and well maintained. Dr. Tim and Dr. Tracy Sanford, and Jearlyn Nick ARNP treat their patients with respect and kindess, all while expressing thorough medical knowledge over a wide variety of conditions. I needed an appointment just the other day (it was a friday too!), called the office, the staffed answered promptly and were very friendly, scheduled me an appointment for that afternoon. I arrived to my appointment and didnt have to wait even 10 minutes before I was face-to-face with the physician. My appointment was not rushed, and I felt she took the time with me that I deserved as her patient. She listened to all my concerns, and I felt that my health was in good hands. Excellent clinic!! I would definetly recommend Sanford Family Medicine!

Dr. Tracy is hands down the most compassionate, Dr. I have ever had. I love her and trust her with my health and my familys health. She is knowledgable and understanding. And when I leave her office I know that not only is my body on the mend. so is my spirit. She has a way of comforting and reassuring you to help you feel at ease.

I took a sick day and drove 30 miles today for my annual physical only to arrive at Dr. Sanford's office and be told that "I wasn't on the schedule." I had made the appointment over 3 weeks ago. They finally found where I was supposed to come in for my fasting lipid work, but someone had removed my preventive care visit. I had been there (for the first time) ten days ago and confirmed my appointment. But it wasn't there today. There was no apology and no attempt to accommodate me. I was told they would take my blood and I could make a future appointment (requiring another sick day) for my physical. I was a new patient. This was their error. When I suggested that I maybe I should continue looking for a doctor in the area (I'm new to the area), I was told that they wouldn't take my blood work if I was just going to find a new doctor. Wow! The office manager did finally come out and they did my blood work, but I basically wasted two hours, a sixty mile drive, and a sick day. I hate… to think how they treat their established patients.

The best doctor I've ever had. She is courteous, caring, and professional. She takes time to listen and to explain and answer my questions and has always treated me with respect. Friendly staff. Usually no long wait time.

Dr. Tracy Sanford is a wonderful physician. Would recommend her to anyone.

She's the best doctor I have had since I came to Oklahoma.
