Dr. Tracy L Schillerstrom, MD

Clarity is horrible. Especially employing this doctor. She doesn't care what is best for the kids because she never actually meets them. My son has never met the doctor who prescribes his medicine and next time he goes in he's suppose to see someone completely new and start all over because they use students that they swap out every 6 months to a year. My son is in the worst state he's ever been in right now because of her.

I come in from out of town, so I get to the office earlier than my appointment. We are usually in within 15 minutes of our scheduled appointment. Longer waits are due to our getting there WAY TOO EARLY!!My daughter loves Dr. Shillerstrom and can't wait for her appointment. That really helps. Dr. Shillerstrom also helped me as a parent to understand my child's mental illnesses!

well, the doctor and her intern were fine. the receptionist is why this doctor won't see me again. i've called countless times and talked in circles getting no where. by taking my name first thing, she selfishly directed me into a worse mood more than once. the respetionist's information about my condition was incorrect. people who need this type of help don't need to be drilled deeper into a hole b/c the receptionist hates her job! not going back!

My wife had a first appointment with Dr. Schillerstrom, and we had to cancel it at the last minute because of extenuating circumstances. We were told that even though we weren't an already established patient, we would still be assessed a $50 missed appointment fee. This was after appealing to the Dr. as well, and the decision was made by her that we would still need to pay the fee. Take in mind that we have never set foot in this office, and never signed any type of agreement that we understood the policy. (We were told verbally over the phone when making the appointment). I find that this is a HORRIBLE business practice, ESPECIALLY by someone in her field. The staff and Dr's attitude about this issue was non-chalant, basically stating that rules are rules, and oh, by the way, did you want to cancel your re-scheduled appointment? Not a good way for a Dr's office to bring in patients and gain their confidence with this horrible treatment up front.
