Dr. Tracy used to be nice and kind but now she rush all her procedures and upselling her services. The front desk woman named Debbie was rude and fake. I am trying to get another dentist at this time.

Finding the right fit in my family’s dental care is important to me. Mukilteo Dental Center is the best fit for my family (from Spokane, Washington). I recently needed to get a tooth extracted and prepared for a tooth transplant. I checked around town (Spokane) to find a provider but I was confused and didn’t want to search all the options. I knew that MDC had expanded their services and I trust Dr. Pham and her amazing team. The interaction with Dr. Scott’s team about a tooth implant was not confusing and I was given an estimate of procedures and cost (worst case) and treatment plan. I was happy to find MDC and Dr. Scott was able to provide my extraction and implant. The procedure was easy to schedule and the extraction was as I had imagined. Dr. Scott explained every detail of what he was planning to do and executed them as discussed. The procedure went well and I was done and felt fine. They gave me some prescriptions and instructions for maintenance and care. What was important to… me, was the unexpected phone call from Dr. Scott the next morning to check how I was feeling and if I had any questions or issues. Dr. Scott was able to answer my questions and I was able to call him later in the week for another question. Thank you Dr. Scott and MDC, our family is in great hands.
