Dr. Tracy Todd Smith, MD

Refused to see elderly patient who had fallen and hit head at home until an X-Ray was done. Patient attempted to get an X-Ray at ER Urgent Care Center; however, was told doctor must order it. Patient spoke with Dr. Smith's office, and they insisted that patient would have to have X-Ray before seeing Dr. Smith, and refused to contact Urgent care to order X-Ray.

Dr. Smith is a great doctor who listens to my issues and responds in a caring, analytical way. He came highly recommended by another doctor. Also, your data is bad as the practice he is with is no longer named OMNI Medical Group. It is now called St. John Clinic and has been for some time.

Dr. Smith is very thorough. Plus, he takes his time when he talks with you. He's been my primary doctor for around ten years and I wouldn't change -- unless forced to by the government. And then, I'd still try and see him.

Dr. Smith is awesome. He talks in plain easy to understand English and is willing to spend time discussing your medical questions and concerns. He is genuinely interested in providing individualized care. His nurse is equally as kind and caring. You may have to wait on hold via telephone to get the front office staff for a bit, but once you get through they are courteous and helpful.
