Dr. Tram Bao Le, MD

Just moved and needed a new primary. My insurance carrier (HealthNet) gave me the runaround, but Dr. Le's staff went to bat for me and got it straightened out. Dr. Le was AWESOME! Professional, courteous, thorough and caring. Yes, I waited a while to be seen (It is a very busy office) but it was worth waiting a bit to see Dr. Le. Ignore the haters. If you want a doctor with YOUR best interests in mind, go see her.

I am honestly so disgusted and appalled by the terrible customer service that Dr. Tran le and her works offer at the clinic. She should have her license revoked and does not deserve to be a MD. No professionalism or ethics at that clinic

Not bad but delay to many time

Bottom Line She's Smart and Caring I was one of her first patients she take very good care of my family she always finds results your life will be in great hands

I have had a tendency to develop ear wax in one ear and when this happens I go to the doc to have my ear flushed with warm water so that it does not get infected. My new HMO insurance chose Dr. Tram Le as my new PCP. I called Dr. Le's office and explained what I wanted done, they told me to come as a walk-in. I repeated my problem to her nurses and explained what I needed done. They charged me a co-pay for the visit even before I saw the doctor- in cash because they don't have a credit card reader. When I got to see Dr. Le, she told me my ear was filled with wax and she will have to refer me to an ENT which will take a month. She does not have the ability to flush my ear with warm water and so I should take the over-the counter wax ear drops and figure out who my ENT doctor is! I tried to explain that the ear drops were not helping. She barely allowed to me to speak, over-dramatized the problem and whoever said she can speak English was wrong. I was out of her room in under 5 min,… still near deaf in my ear, having paid co-pay in cash to women who can't even communicate properly. What good is a primary care family practice doctor who can't treat a mild ear wax issue! Don't waste your time because they won't tell you that they don't have the ability or the tools to help you but charge you anyways! And then make you wait a month so that your harmless ear wax turns into an ear infection!

Very disappointed in staff's customer service. I am a nursing student & am very aware of my own health needs. I have been seeing Dr. Le for about 4 years. She has never suggested made any medical suggestions to me. I have to tell her what test I should have. Her staff acts as if they can't be bothered. Last time I had a TB shot there, I was told that the doctor by the receptionist with glasses - that the doctor was doing me a favor to give shot. I had a bone scan in August & followed up with them for results. They had not received them, nor followed up on it. Dr. Le seems to have a large volume of patients & does not really have time to give personalized attention. I would give a O stars if I could. I will be switching my primary carrier.

Needs more focus on common courtesy

Had my appt at 11:30 didn't get seen till 1pm for only 10 min. I have a heart condition and needed my birth control but my health insurance needed a waiver send out for them to cover my birth control. The lady in the reception never put in the waiver for me and was just giving me the round about. I told her how bad service they had and she responded by saying "if you don't like it you can always go somewhere else's" I was so shock to hear this from her. Overall I don't recommend this place to no one.

Unfortunately I have to start going here because they are the only one in my area who can refer me to my dermatologist. If you ever call here, ask for Lupe, she is the only one who speaks proper English & the only one who actually tries to help you with your situation. The doctor always looks very unhappy when I have an appointment & please believe me, I wouldn't go here if I could go somewhere else. Besides, shouldn't you be happy to have my business or anyone else's for that matter? The Vietnamese receptionists & nurses here have horrible phone etiquette, they're always in a rush to hang up on me or put me on hold. & most of the time when they say they're going to put me on hold, they hang up on me. I would call back & they would answer the phone angrily saying "I ta u ta hold puhlease, no no I no hung up on u"(I'm not being racist, I'm Vietnamese myself), & before I even get the chance to respond,*click* she either puts me on hold or hangs up on me again! They messed up… on my prescription three times, I had the pharmacist at Walgreens give them a call because I was tired of dealing with them & they gave her an attitude. It's as if they don't enjoy their job, they're quick to hang up on people & continue whatever it is that they are doing. I had to go down there twice(which sucks because parking here is almost non-existent) for them to take me serious & fix my prescription. It's been three weeks since I asked them for a referral & every time I call back, they give me the run around. So the receptionist at my dermatologist's office decided to help me out & give them a call herself & they gave her the run around too. My dermatologist's receptionist said she called them & they said they would call her back but never once asked for her name or number. I finally got in touch with Lupe & she explained everything & helped me out. The last time I was here, some dopefiend came in making a scene asking because she wanted a prescription for codeine. The doctor took her ahead of me & everyone else who have been waiting for 45+ minutes. Dr. Tram B. Le, I suggest you find yourself a new staff. The only person in there that's polite & wants to help is Lupe, everyone else is just horrible. I don't need to deal with people like that, especially when I am or my child is sick.
