Dr. Travis Gaujot Bias, DO

I personally love this DO. The staff is super friendly and Dr. Bias is very nice. My first visit there he made me feel very welcomed and answered all my questions with ease. He spent more time with me than any place I have been. He greets with a smile on his face and even interacts with my kids and makes them feel welcomed. Overall I am completely satisfied with his clinic.

Very rude physician, arrogant , and not compassionate. I hope you don't have any pain , because it's going to be worse when you leave. If you need a flu shot , or an antibiotic, go to a pharmacy! Dr Bias is a DO and is not an MD! But, he does know how to over charge you, and your insurance company. But if your pressed for time, it's easy to get into, because he has no patients. I wouldn't not refer him to any of my family, friends, or, enemy's .

Very poor doctor. He lied to me and was extremely rude and arrogant. I had been with Parkway Primary Care for many years. When I complained about the poor service that I received from Dr. Bias all future services were terminated by the clinic. I guess Dr. Keller got to big to care about their customers. Most companies in any type of business would have at least apologized for the poor service but if you have a complaint they will cancel all future services. Very bad form for a doctors office and clinic.
