Summary
Dr. Travis Buxton, DDS was raised in Utah were he graduated from high school in 1996 and subsequently married his high school sweetheart. He continued his education at Weber State University in Utah and after graduating moved his growing family to Canada where he was one of very few candidates accepted to Dalhousie University Faculty of Dentistry. After graduating in May of 2010, Dr. Buxton will be moving his family once again to the Bangor area where he will begin his dental career by joining Dr. Scott McGarr at Maine Family Dental Practice, PA.
Dr. Buxton has now been married for 13 years and he and his wife have 4 children. While living in Halifax Canada, they fell in love with the northeast and decided that they wanted to make their home here. They are a very close family who enjoys all outdoor sports winter and summer but they have also fallen in love with the people and the lifestyle of Maine which helped them determine that this is where they want to live and raise their family.
