He has deep knowledge, empathetic bedside manner, and offers thoughtful advice.I've been a VM patient for almost three decades and had excellent care under [...], but Gerrard stands out. He's flexible and asks many questions before providing opinion. On the few occasions when I need his advice or help via the Portal, he replies promptly and effectively. The doctor was also very personable and gave a firm handshake. I asked if its possible to have him as my primary care physician and he said yes. He spent some time getting to know me, my medical health and any concerns. He looked over my records and provided positive feedback. He listened and was attentive. I would recommend him to my friends and family
