Dr. Travis Gordon Hailstone, DO

My husband & I have been seeing Dr Hailstone for a few years now and I couldn’t recommend him more. He is thorough, takes the time to listen & is easy to talk to. When you leave you almost want to invite him over for dinner- he’s THAT enjoyable. His staff however~ GRrrrr they never return calls, they’re incompetent, lack personality & general personality. They make you feel like you are an inconvenience. The difference from how great Dr Hailstone is vs. his staff is unbelievable. I often just drive there to book appts. Or anything else because they apparently have an aversion to their phone.

Very friendly, and most of all, professional. He has a strong compassion toward your urgent need. He wants to help you without any reservation. A good Dr, indeed!

This doctor knows me better than i know myself! Quality Care!

I called to schedule an appointment so many times around 10:am in the morning and no ones answer the phone. I leaves messages and they never return my phone call.

I'm a current patient of Dr. Hailstone, I've currently been waiting on hold for over 16 min to reschedule an appointment. Dr. Hailstone is great once you get to actually see him, the office staff leaves much to be desired.

A little background: I’ve been a patient of Dr. Hailstone for a little over a year and a half now. Maybe 4 visits, not sure. The last visit was met with a big question mark. Turns out I needed to get some blood work done before I came in to see him. Alright. Was not told that, but easy peasy; made an appointment for that and rescheduled. Went to get the blood work done and Dr. Hailstone didn’t order the screen test so that was a wasted trip. Called his office to let them know I needed that test to be ordered. No answer. Left a message. No call back. Called again. No answer. Left another message. No call back. I have yet to get the blood work done. Good thing it’s not urgent. And that appointment I had rescheduled with him? Yeah, got a voicemail (they actually called me!) indicating that he had to cancel that and that I need to call them back and reschedule. See the above experience about calling that office and just copy and paste that here. I just gave up on the whole blood work… thing. It’ll have to wait for another time I guess. Fast forward to today. Needed to be seen for a situation I’ve been dealing with; maybe a 5 minute visit (chronic hiccups, believe it or not! Non-stop, every 7 seconds, day and night for the past 72 hours! Crazy). Decided to stop by, since he’s my referred physician, right? “Hey Doc. Need 5 minutes of your time. Check this out. What do you recommend?” Quick. Maybe a scrip for a muscle relaxant or something. Whatev. After waiting in the front reception area for 45 minutes, and seeing him talking with patients at the front window about camping trips and what not, out comes one of his nurses to inform me that he won’t be able to see me. I’m the only one left in the waiting room and it’s like, 4:10 in the afternoon. Can’t see me. After wasting my time the last several times, I’m done with this guy and his skeleton crew. It feels good (hiccups and all) to fire them. I went to urgent care and got what I needed. In and out in 17 minutes. This is perhaps one of the most poorly run medical offices I have ever witnessed. Your friendly neighborhood veterinarian will give you better service than these clowns. Run, don’t walk away from this place. Unless you have time to just burn and burn.

Dr Hailstone was awesome when I visited with him, but trying to get someone to answer their phone is a nightmare. I was called on Monday that my lab draw was going to be canceled for Wednesday. I called them back Monday and Tuesday all day, and no one answered. What business doesn’t answer their phone!? So then I sent an email like their answering machine tells you to, and they still don’t answer you! Decided it wasn’t worth it. I’ve chosen another PCP. . Today is Wednesday, and I have yet to receive a call back or a response to my email. Very poor service, and they need to get those staff trained!!

I have been to many Doctors and Dr Hailstone is amazing. He takes the time to listen then he is able to give you his recommendations. He makes you feel very comfortable and his staff is very attentive.

Had a great experience with Dr. He gave us plenty of time to listen to concerns and symptoms. Caring and understanding. Would definitely recommend.
