Dr. Travis Erica Lloyd, MD

I saw Dr Travis Lloyd, on my initial visit. She issued me a prescription. Later I received a bill from another doctor who I did not see. When I called regarding the bill (which I received 6 months later), they fist told me that I had seen Dr. Rikhter who had prescribed the medicine. That was not true. Then, I was told it was a nurse who saw me. That was not true either. When I read the prescription lebel that was issued by Dr. Lloyd, they told me they Dr. Rikhter is the provider who they put on the bill. Shady business practice.

Dr. Lloyd is a kind, caring, and thorough family practitioner who follows up with her patients. She will order extra tests when needed and truly cares about her patients.

I have been calling the office for 2 weeks to discuss lab results. Stated that the doctor "did not have time to return my call". Charged for a second office visit and unnecessary blood work. The most unprofessional office I have ever dealt with.
