Extremely Exceptional!!

Everyone was quite pleasant, helpful and coureous

He isn't interested in complex patients at all and had no respect for trying. I was plainly dismissed and expected to just live with pain for months on end.

Dr. Menge explained things in a way that was easy to understand yet took my knowledge as a health care provider into consideration as well

Dr. Menge has always been supportive and helpful through this whole process. He has made sure that I understand everything and am comfortable. He helped make sure I got time off work that I needed. Willing to make sure I'm as comfortable as can be before returning to work. Always makes sure my questions are answered and takes his time. Never seems rushed or bothered by questions or concerns. Very detail in his explanations. Doesn't seem distracted thinking about the next patient he has to see. Very knowledgeable I would definitely send my family and friends to him and his office staff is amazing as well.

Dr Menge was referred to me by a friend. The fact that he read my chart before seeing me was impressive. More Drs should do that to save time on asking redundant questions they should already have the answers for. We appreciated his professionalism and recommendations

Menge didn't know why or what I was there for, despite talking with his office multiple times, having multiple tests/exrays. I explained everything to him again, he glanced at the MRI and said well it looks a little inflamed. "Your arm could hurt for a million reasons. I'm not going to sit here and speculate about why your arm hurts. We can do another MRI". Which costs thousands of dollars. For what? These docs obviously don't have a clue.
