Hello, I'm Travis! I'm excited to meet you and start working with you on your therapy goals together.
My ideal client is anyone who is struggling with navigating their life struggles. Additionally, it is constantly changing and often surprising. Assisting and strengthening others through turbulent times is what I enjoy doing. No matter what life presents us with, there is a way to capitalize on it—to grow, learn, progress, and be better (be even more successful) as a result of the action to the pain experienced. I know this professionally and personally.
I have worked in trauma centers, emergency rooms, and outpatient medical settings. I work with people whose diagnoses range from anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, grief & loss, and those who struggle with chronic medical conditions.
I utilize several different modalities, including CBT, Mindfulness, behavioral modification, EFT, Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma-focused, relational, motivational interviewing, and …Multi-systemic Therapy in a supportive and encouraging way.
A little more about me, I enjoy traveling, comedy, real estate, and sports, especially basketball.
