I LOVE them BUT... Let me start out by saying I love them they treated me well when they treated me BUT... there were/are some problems so I took off one star .Their office is clean, their staff is nice, the Dr. is nice. Their easy to get into... Appointments I had a successful surgery/Rehab/ Maintenance Appts performed by the Dr. Looking back I wish the surgery was explained a bit more in depth even though my surgery was presented as an emergent situation I felt like the surgery procedure before/after surgery was a bit glossed over looking back. I was also refused/denied treatment when I thought I was having potential recurrent symptoms/relapse and they would not see me in their office during business hours I made multiple attempts even going to their office they wouldn't let me in the door. And they sent me to the E.R. Instead. And because of this they the Dr. are not offering many financial solutions when I was sent to the E.R. per their advice. When your Dr. refuses to see… you... your Dr. that has treated you for 5-6 Months including when you were hospitalized and had surgery with them and won't treat me when I'm having potential relapsing symptoms I have no choice but to go the E.R. Seems odd to me I felt abandoned when I needed my Dr. most apart from my hospitalization when they did extend care to me. Their reasoning was they wanted to save me a trip to the E.R. by sending me straight to the E.R. That comes across considerate but their offices are in close proximity to the E.R. And when I did go to their office they wouldn't let me in the door so that reasoning doesn't seem totally valid. And with my limited knowledge E.R. visits are most likely more expensive than office visits. Also their communication was/is a bit I don't know off. It's like they have an office image of perfection that they will do anything to not have shattered regardless if things are actually good are not. As a Patient I could never really accurately read where I stood with them which was hard. I wish they would take more responsibility and own up to their mistakes more instead they seemed far more concerned with pacifying their patients they will say sorry whether they mean it I don't know and keeping their office and image Zen and perfection. I also was kept waiting when they didn't seem busy at all much. If your in a pinch and can't find anyone else to do the job they will treat you if they feel like it and most likely will and will do the job better overall compared to the competition in my experience I've gone elsewhere too. I will only go back if absolutely required without commute time. And lower your expectations if you go so you won't be disappointed. It's kind of a too good true scenario. I'm a REAL PERSON THIS IS A REAL REVIEW OF MY EXPERIENCE.
