Dr. Trent David Emerick, MD

I would have left his practice long ago but he's literally the only person in the City offering ketamine infusions. But he is really, really bad at listening to patients, especially women. I have two other female friends who see him and they feel the same way. Would not recommend.

Wait time exceeded 1.5 hours. He waltzes in disregards any/all issues, writes you a script and walks out - no care, no compassion, no regard for my 90 year old mother. Dealers on 5th ave have more compassion than this nurses assistant

I started seeing him 4 years ago and quit after 2. Does not listen at all. Condescending as any Dr I've ever known. He had not recorded my MRI for over a year until a few read and called him over. He still gave me my needs but write the most nasty notes. We broke up but couldn't see any other Dr they UPMC. He has me blacklisted until recently. My experience still causes stress. Cried after every appointment. He does not know your case nor does he care. Horrible

No dr to dr communication. Wasted day. No injection today. Dr overload doesn’t have time to review your approval letter post appointment. Cancel me out. Wait another 6 weeks till I can get back in. Yol. How is that pain management. How how how do u go 6 more weeks when you r at your limit all ready. Just saying.

I have seen Dr. Trent Emerick for a long time and always got along with him. I always treated him with respect. Recently though he and his staff started to treat me in an abusive manner. He would cut my medicine completely or cut it in half and never discuss it with me first. Cut my regular medicine so low as to make it ineffective. Has given me medicines since then that do not help me. Have been in pain for months and feel very hurt and uncomfortable around him. It is a great distance for me to travel to see him and he does not care if I am in pain or not. He has made rude and very degrading comments to me. I do not know what has happened to him and his office. He has no empathy and acts childish sometimes.Very disappointed.
