Dr. Trenton D Custis, MD

For two years, Dr. Custis has been my surgeon. While he is a good surgeon, his staff is instructed to never answer phone calls. You cannot speak to anyone on his staff Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. If someone does call you back, they hang up and do not answer questions. After a surgery, you are never able to reach anyone when there are complications. This is the ONLY medical practice in the United States where staff is unwilling to answer phone calls and almost never returns phone calls when there is a surgical complication.

I am wondering why his staff never answers the phone nor returns phone calls?

I liked Dr. Custis and his staff. The scar is tiny and hardly noticeable unless you look for it. He has a good bedside manner and was very professional. The staff was excellent with follow up.

Great in every way. And the MOHS surgery, while awful looking in the beginning, turned out virtually unnoticeable. Custis is a master.
