Dr. Trenton R. Foster, MD

For those of us suffering from hyperparathyroidism, the symptoms can be severely debilitating. When you have the normocalcemic manifestation of this disease, it can be difficult to find a surgeon that is willing to listen and help you. Dr Foster was this angel for me. He didn't just look as me as numbers, he assessed the totality of me as a patient and offered me the option of surgery where others had denied me. He removed 3 of 4 diseases parathyroid glands in a virtually pain free operation. My symptoms have melted away and I feel better than I have felt in well over a decade. He gave me my life back and I cannot say enough about his willingness to explore where others would not.

He withheld information. If I had this information upfront I would have never had surgery. He refuses to acknowledge his mistakes.

I recently needed to have a partial thyroidectomy and I was fortunate to have Dr. Trenton Foster as my surgeon. He spent ample time prior to the procedure explaining what needed to be done and how he would do it. His explanation was clear and concise. After the surgery he explained how the surgery went and what I should watch for. I didn't experience any pain and only minor discomfort. A few days later I received an unfavorable pathology report which necessitated the rest of the thyroid to be removed. Dr. Foster worked me in to his schedule to come back in the following week to have the remainder of the thyroid removed. Similar to the previous week he explained what would be done and that he would use the existing incision. He conducted an evaluation of my vocal chords and explained that much care would need to be taken. After the surgery he let me know that the procedure couldn't have gone better. I experienced a similar pain free recovery. I would highly recommend Dr. Foster.
