Dr. Hoffman helped us diagnose and provide treatment for a very rare disorder in a family member. He listened to our concerns and answered all our questions.

Multiple messages left and will not return single phone call regarding time sensitive issue. Unpleasant experience with doctor.

I had a bad experience with Doctor hoffman. he was not caring at all and kept trying to push me out the door instead of taking time to answer questions. I think he's too busy for his patients or something. Just not really good with people.

Dr. Hoffman was next to impossible to get a hold of outside of appointment times and messages were not returned. During the appointment he was offensive and rude, constantly talking over me when I tried to say something, and treating me as if my thoughts didn't matter. It's very difficult to trust a doctor when they keep treating you as if your condition is no big deal and I should just get over it because there are people who have it way worse. That might be the case, but just because someone else has a more severe condition doesn't mean my condition doesn't matter. Being talked to like this is beyond disappointing and frustrating.
