My experience with Dr. Crosby and the team at Midwest Dental Implantology was impeccable from start to finish. My primary dentist referred me to Dr. Crosby with the highest recommendation – for good reason. Her office is a ~ 45-minute drive from my home – but worth every mile and every minute on the road. The business associates who help with scheduling are both welcoming and resourceful – I had no trouble making an appointment at a time that matched my availability. Likewise, when my treatment required more urgent attention, they made room for me very quickly in their busy clinic calendar. The surgical assistant (Chloe) and dental hygienist (Julie) who helped with my surgery were wonderful – warm, attentive, thorough. And Dr. Crosby is just plain excellent. She’s clearly highly knowledgeable but explains her assessment and treatment recommendations simply and clearly – ensuring that you understand everything. She listens intently and welcomes your questions. My surgical… experience was not the least bit uncomfortable. The MDI team provided everything I needed for surgical aftercare – easy-to-follow instructions, rinses/gels (all products are effective/therapeutic – but natural/without harsh chemicals, which I truly appreciated), icepacks, etc. I felt supported and equipped. Dr. Crosby’s work healed beautifully – a reflection of her surgical expertise and her years of experience. More than anything – she’s kind and she cares. Dr. Crosby did extensive work with gum grafting to my lower set of teeth. Instead of losing my teeth I will now have my teeth for a very long time. The education she provided to me to prepare me for this procedure and my diagnosis was done in a caring yet honest manner that allowed me time to understand the impact of non-compliance. I recommend Dr. Crosby to anyone with periodontal issues. If you see her soon enough and follow her advice your quality of life can be greatly improved. I am so thankful for the referral from my dentist.

Not only is Dr. Crosby incredibly skilled, meticulous, professional and conscientious, she also genuinely cares about each of her patients. Both she and her staff treat you with kindness and compassion, always available to answer any questions or concerns. I am thrilled with the outcome of my two dental implants.

To be honest I consider myself a wimp when it comes to having surgeries and procedures done. If there's a needle involved someone better get ready to catch me if I faint. I am really surprised at how easy, pain free and wonderful my graft procedure was with Dr. Crosby. If I had to have another one done I wouldn't even hesitate to make the appointment! I am so impressed with Dr. Crosby and the work she did. The day of my procedure I had a serious family emergency that caused me to cancel my appointment. Dr. Crosby was so understanding and supportive! It really made me feel special that she put me above her profession. I am so impressed with everything from the facility, the staff, and even the results of my graft procedure. I would recommend Midwest Dental Implantology to anyone in a Heat beat.
