had a very disappointing experience with this provider. I scheduled a routine annual physical and asked a single question about night sweats and whether they could be related to perimenopause. No new diagnosis was made, no tests were ordered, and no treatment was provided. After the visit, I was surprised to see an additional office visit charge submitted to my insurance. When I inquired, I was told the charge was due to existing diagnoses being "addressed"—which, in fact, were not discussed during the visit. What’s especially troubling is that I had been seeing a different provider at this same clinic for years, with the exact same medical history, and she never once added an additional office visit charge to my annual preventative visit. This feels like billing manipulation, and I’ve reported the issue to my insurance provider for investigation. Patients should not have to worry about being overcharged for simply asking a question during a physical. I would advise anyone seeing… this provider to review their billing closely.

She doesn't think outside the box. Doesn't listen to pt concerns or issues. Asked her to check some lab work and all she could do was think protocol. I get it but I had a past of low levels. Asked me if I had medical training. No but I am an advocate for my health..and I research. She kept chuckling during my visit. I would not recommend her.

Extremely disappointed in the level of care I received after I admittedly have not been to the DR since before COVID when all of my appointments got cancelled. I had wanted to explore changing PCP providers and brought this up to Dr. Gilling. Received a very rude, discouraging message from Dr. Gilling through staff - "Patient should stay with Dr. XXX as primary care provider. And you should see him more frequently to address your many concerns. A Wellness visit is supposed to be an annual physical, which address illness prevention. There is only a limited amount of time in a wellness exam, and a provider can not address all of your other or new concerns at a wellness visit. Therefore you should be seen more frequently for those concerns by Dr. XXX. SO - thank you Lauren and Dr. Gilling for showing your authentic selves and your lack of care. I hope your paycheck reflects this appropriately. I would not recommend seeing Dr. GIlling if you have a medical concern as she isn't likely to… show the compassion or empathy one would hope. She certainly doesn't deserve my trust.

Did nothing to help current medical issues. Berated patient based on personal past. Avoid this doctor if you need medical treatment.
