When I finally get in to see her, she generally takes the time to listen to me and answer questions. But I consistently wait 30-45, even up to an hour for her once I have gotten back to the room. I asked once if they forgot about us, and they just said no, she's in her office in a meeting. I know Drs are busy, but they dictate their schedule ahead of time to the staff. I don't know if she needs to schedule better, allowing more time for each patient and in between or if she needs to be more efficient. Although we like her, the waiting for so long comes across as apathy for her patients and we have considered switching drs because of this.

I had to change doctors due to insurance and I really liked the PA I'd been seeing for several years. When I met Dr Knutson I really liked her right away. Since I'm a cancer survivor she takes that into consideration when I have a health challenge. She's so kind, compassionate and thorough in all she does...she's the bestâ?¥

Dr Knutson spent time getting to know me and really listened to my answers. This has been a great change from my previous MD. I feel like I have found a new medical home.

I like Dr. Knutson, but her nurse is awful--I've heard that from a few people actually. Her nurse seems rude or like she's got better things to do, or that SHE'S the Dr. We've actually considered switching Dr's becuase of her nurse!
