Dr. Moo-Young is simply the best! She was my surgeon for my thyroid lobectomy and was amazing! Dr. Moo-Young is super thorough when walking you through your upcoming surgery. My recovery went well! I would highly recommend her.

I was 17 years old when Tricia removed my appendix. She cut outside of my belly button and now I can’t wear anything showing my stomach out of feeling insecure. She should’ve been more considerate given that I was a young woman with my whole life in front of me. Her surgical incision was sloppy and it has left me with an awful and very noticeable scar that I will have forever because of her thoughtless hand when cutting me. I look at the scar every single day and cry.

It seems Dr. Moo Young and her staff are only attentive when there is a potential for her to perform surgery. In our initial meeting she was thorough in explaining my issue, and the surgical approach. I wanted more testing, she ordered the tests. Getting my results, and questions answered after the tests were completed was a whole different experience. I still don't have some of the answers. But at this point I would not be comfortable trusting her or her staff to provide those answers.

Something on a radiology report caught her eye, a measurement seemed off to her & took the time to have a different radiologist read the image. 1st report was wrong as she suspected, it made the difference between no surgery & surgery-none needed. She also took the time in communicating w/ Mayo Clinc about a specialized blood test I needed for something rare. In which she herself had some knowledge-she's sharp! Dr Moo Young is also a strong communicator & listener. I feel listened to and can be open/honest. Wish more docs were like her.

Tricia Moo Young performed stomach surgery on me several months ago. Although the original problem was corrected, I immediately encountered different symptoms that led to another procedure which took place under the care of another doctor two months later. I would never recommend Moo Young to anyone and in fact I have notified every person I care about to NEVER be under her care for any illness that requires surgery.

She is extremely knowledgeable, confident and accurate. She explains every action in a complete and understandable fashion. I would recommend her without hesitation.

Have had only one consult at this time, bending test results. I found Dr. Moo Young to be quite bright, very focused, & interested. Took time in explaining everything to me, discussed further testing needs, reasons of why & how come, which all made sense without engaging in over testing. Dr. Moo Young was also direct, respectful and kind.

I appreciated the time and information Dr. Moo-Young shared with me prior to surgery and was was confident in a successful outcome. The after surgery appointment was equally encouraging.
