Dr. Tricia Shantel Moses, MD

I have used Dr. Moses as my GP at the VA for a couple of years. I do not generally recommend her. I do not feel as if she listens and tries to diagnose issues, I feel like when she even bothers to, she treats the symptom and not the ailment. I do not feel as if she is sympathetic or knowledgeable to men's health issues. When I started complaining about frequent nighttime urination and other symptoms of enlarged prostate, she simply told me to not drink as much water before bed. Not so much as a proctological exam. Hey I get it, I don't want to get that done either, but when someone exhibits multiple problems that point that direction, that is the least you could do. It was a second visit before I basically had to tell her to check, to which she replied she didn't notice anything very abnormal. End of story. What about all of the problems that I am dealing with? Nothing. No secondary diagnosis or treatment. She is a medical assembly line. I'm better off diagnosing myself and finding a… sympathetic ear elsewhere. I have had similar encounters with her with other issues such as low Testosterone and skin conditions. I do not recommend.
