Dr. Trinh Ngoc Thi Nguyen, MD

She’s rude and pretentious. She talks down to you as if her word is gold. She doesn’t hear you out and goes out of her way to prove she is right because I mean come on she’s got a medical degree and all I have is a Business and Finance degree.. right!? My son has asthma and he needed a asthma checkup in order to continue getting his meds refilled because the past couple months CVS had to put the request in or I’d have to call for them to submit. She insisted his asthma meds has 3 refills but I told her the recent one I picked up says zero refills, yet she kept arguing with me and then I just said okay and let her talk because I’m there for my child not to go toe to toe with an egomaniac .. she huffs and puffs when she gets upset btw. I asked her if I can get a form for school so my son can carry his ProAir which I’ve gotten many times but she said no. Also she said my son needed his flu shot even though he got it a few months ago so I asked her does he need a second dose, but then… she looked it up and in fact he already received it. She’s just rude and acts superior. You can’t ask her questions because she will look and talk to you as if you’re lacking intelligence. She also said my son should only have 1 ProAir per year but for the past few years we’ve been getting a refill every month. He’s 13 and is active during PE in the hot Florida heat and he needs his ProAir in case of emergencies . so when she said he should only have one every year is ridiculous! She’s so off from all the other doctors we’ve been to not to mention rude. I just don’t know how a person can choose to work with children knowing their parents will have concerns and questions. I’m Asian-American and was happy when she stepped in but at the end I was very disappointed. I called the office once I got home to make sure my kids upcoming well-visit and my son’s asthma follow up is with another doctor or nurse practitioner- anyone but her!

My Daughter went in for ear pain, she was trying to see her ear so took a little piece of wax that was in the way. And she did find the ear infection. But when I got the bill there was a charge for $80 dollars for wax removal!!! Are you kidding me!!!! I thought. I called and the billing office said she had put that she had cerumen impaction!!!! Is she kidding me again!!! I am soo mad. Because she is doing something that is not right!!! Very rude and no patient care at all. Wrong field lady!

This was our 2nd visit with Dr Nguyen and will be our last. Dr. Trinh Nguyen comes off very judgmental and even came off like she's annoyed. I had to even ask her if she was ok. We'll choose a different Dr there next time. In fairness, she's very thorough and addressed our concerns. She just has a rude way of dealing with issues . I don't think Pediatrics is for her.

The best pediatrician in town!

My experience with Dr Nguyen was not the greatest. Her bedside manner sucks! She doesn't smile, she doesn't listen, she cuts you off when you are trying to explain anything, she doesn't like when you ask more than 2 questions. Yes 2 questions! After those 2 questions she starts to role her eyes and start typing in the computer. She isn't very nice to children so if you are expecting a dr to have compassion and patience choose someone else. She parent shames!!! Run!!!

I just had twins not too long ago and she listens to what you tell her she wants to make sure everything's fine so she refers you to other specialist just to make sure everything's fine she's awesome definitely will recommend her
