Horrible attitude, wouldn’t listen to me and talked down to me. Said I couldn’t switch doctors and stated things that were blatantly untrue (based on my medical chart and history)

I saw this doctor twice. She was scared to get a tumor removed in my neck and advised me against it. My surgeon rolled his eyes and said he would have another doctor look at it. The tumor was removed within 3 days. At the surgeon's request after surgery I tried to move up a followup to see her. She refused. I tried to see another Endocrinologist. She refused to let me see anyone else. So 4 months later I got in to see her. Then she said "our relationship" wasn't going to work since I had contacted another doctor. She charged me for the visit, did no exam and had an attitude and said it was the end of the visit and walked out. She put information into her notes that violated my HIPPA rights, then stalled a complaint for several months and refused to remove it. Other doctors have since asked about the notes. Methodist hospital has refused to give me a copy of the notes although they acknowledge them. Really bad doctor as a diagnostic and attitude.

Dr. Cubb is very thorough and caring. She explained all options and discussed medication options with me before she determined the best medication for me.
