I waited for two hours in the waiting room and finally just left. Horrible runner office!!

My overall experiences with this physician and staff have been excellent. Although my commute was rather long , the travel was well worth it for quality care.

I had to call and call, leaving multiple messages after almost 3 weeks of no report on my biopsy report. I called on several occasions during office hours and was sent to voicemail. I finally called the appointment desk and when I reported that no one had responded to my requests for my biopsy report the lady said, "Well, no news is good news!" I requested that someone call me asap! When the other office employee finally called me an hour later, she made shallow excuses for not calling me, reporting she had so much to do with her office responsibilities that she got to these reports when she had time. When she finally.gave me my report it was that I have skin cancer in one area and the other place is precancerous! I wonder how long she would have waited to call me if I had not insisted on someone calling me with "my results of skin cancer!". To add insult to injury when I requested to pick up my records , they told they would charge me $10 if I picked them up to take to a new… doctor! I would rather pay the outrageous charge than have any further dealings with this dermatology practice.

There are some doctors you hope to keep all your life. There are others that you will only see once and keep on looking. In my opinion, she is the second. Certainly not through but for a specific problem probably adequate. You get the feeling she had rather be billing the insurance company than watching for problems. She will do, but I would not recommend her to a friend. Mediocre describes my opinion.

Dr. Daley is an wonderful dermatologist....BUT, her staff can be rude, and I sat in the waiting room over 1 1/2 hrs both times I was there. My time is more valuable than that!

Dr. Daley is an excellent Dermatologist. She provided great care and resolved my situation with ease. I highly recommend her!
