Dr. Tristan E Weaver, MD

I have seen Dr. Weaver for several years and I don't think he even knows my name. He rarely conducts exams or speaks directly to you. Someone from his entourage handles everything. Then he comes in for a few minutes and bills your insurance for a double office visit. If you call his office, no one returns your call. OSU’s surgery coordinator called me and asked for me to call because he didn't return her calls either. My surgery was canceled because he couldn't pick up the phone. He's dismissive of my concerns and his staff follow his lead. He calls men by their first names but he always calls women sweetheart, dear, or another condescending euphemism. It's unprofessional. He is a pain management doctor who doesn't care if you are in pain. He has so many patients so if you have too many questions or concerns, he doesn't care because he has plenty of other patients waiting to take your place. I am actively looking for another doctor. OSU Spine Center is a great facility but I would see… anyone else.

Arrogant, dismissive, unresponsive. Dr Weaver failed to authorize a spinal procedure with my insurance company and I only discovered this when I called my insurance company to investigate. In the meantime, I’ve been in excruciating pain.

Dr. Weave does not care about his patients. He will be super nice and caring one visit and the next he will treat you very poorly. He messed up my nerve block and then told me he couldn’t do anything more for me because he had patients in much worse shap that needed his time!

Dr Tristan Weaver is a very caring, compassionate doctor. He took time to listen to and advocated for my mother; he succeeded against insurance difficulty making sure she received the necessary treatment to improve her health and quality of life. You are greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Caring listens always takes conservative approach first. Highly recommended

He has been my doctor for eight months and I'm no better than when I first came to him. His office makes too many mistakes that effects a patients care. He claims to care about a patients quality of life but I am still in so much pain that my life is spent in bed and at the ER. Mistakes he makes he will blame on a patient to avoid taking responsibility. Why does OSU have this doctor as a back specialist? Look into Dr Weaver before you decide to have him as a doctor. I wish I would of.
