Excellent Doctor. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and explains everything. I would recommend her in a heart beat.

I had a D@ C performed yesterday at Newport Hospital. I met Dr Coulombe for the first time, as my gyn was out of town. What a sweetheart she is !! Very personable, caring, kind,; loved her. She even called me the day before my surgery to ask if I had any questions. She made me feel very comfortable , and explained everything that was going to take place. Wonderful personality; I can’t say enough good things!! Highly recommend her!!!!! ????

Awful care, do not sent family members to her. She is lacking in skills and unaware of the standard of care of pregnant women. You should especially beware if you are a pregnant women over 35, she is not up to date on standard of care.

Lacking in bedside manner, does NOT spend time answering any questions/concerns about my pregnancy with me, in fact just shrugs all my concerns off with a pretentious "Oh you're fine." Very rushed, which made me not even bother expressing any concerns to her in the end. Wait time was ridiculous each time I went. Female receptionist was rude. Long story short, I switched to another doctor.

I found out that I was pregnant so I needed an obgyn. I called the office and left a voice message. Later that day they called me back, but I was out. I called again the next day and left another message. They called later that day. Here is the problem: what if I was 30 weeks along and had some concerns? I would have to call and wait around for them to call me back. I guess if you have time to wait around for their calls then fine, but I dont.

She did not show one ounce of concern for my issues. She basically gave me the cold shoulder. It has been a long time since I experienced that kind of disrespect. She is useless.

Dr. Coulombe was recommended to me by a dear friend when I was having premenopausal menstrual problems. These issues were alieviated with a non-estrogren hormonal replacement. Dr. Coulombe is very down-to-earth, gives practical solutions to problems, uses the most accurate methods for maintaining health records (all computerized), and even sends reminders if you are overdue for a visit or procedure. SIMPLY WONDERFUL.
