I am so amazed to find a OFFICE willing to help all around treat you like a person but give you the tools be back on your feet and socially conservative .Professional

This doctor is a disgrace. He does not nor does he appear interested in hearing the patients experience. He constantly talks over you and cuts you off. Every time I said anything, he interrupted me, getting louder and louder. It felt like I was being bullied. So I'm thinking, "I'm paying this guy to help my back with fated, compassion and injections, and he hasn't even stopped talking long enough for me to describe my current pain isssues!". I feel like I've been degraded and do not recommend this doctor on my worst enemy!!!!!

The Doctor was great when I first went to him. His physician assistant was wonderful. Now, after 17 months of the same pain med with adjustments, it just stopped working. He was leaving his present office and moving into a new business around the time this pain med stopped working. Now, I cannot get another appointment until the next assessment date! I never heard of a doctor that you cannot see when it is urgent that I get another pain med. After speaking with 2 or 3 other physicians, they said the pain medicine I was taking is no longer an option for me whatsoever. So, after going to the ER for a heart condition and then given a different Rx for my back pain, it will not last until my next appointment. A patient is just thrown to the wind with no pain relief. What a lousy method of treating a patient.

I've been at his practice for almost 3 years and have nothing but positive things to say about him and his staff....after 4 back surgeries another surgery was not an option for me....Dr. Troy has helped me get thru 3 years surgery free.....didnt think id ever say that.....thanks Dr. Troy!!!!

Spends a lot of time with new patients, very thorough and interested in your problems. Not just rushing you through - I felt he genuinely cared about why I was there and offered sound medical advice.

Very thorough. Follows up when needed. Very honest and open communication which is much better than someone blowing smoke up your backside when you are having problems.

Great bedside manner. Very thorough.
