Dr. Troy Henry Caron, DO

I have heard of so many wonderful success stories from his patients that I had to give him a try! He was amazing! I am so glad I went to him at Ozarks Healthcare Orthopedics and Spine! Friendly and efficient staff! You wont regret going to see him!

This negligent unprofessional arrogant jerk allowed my husband’s ankle to heal and then broke it to set it a month later. I probably don’t have to say it is never going to be even usable again

I have been a patient of Dr. Troy Caron of Ozark medical centers orthopedic clinic. I had back surgery about 2 yrs. Ago but still have a lot of pain. I was referred to Dr. Caron to have a spinal stimulator put in my back to relieve the pain. Instead he has been everything except what I went there for. He ordered an injection in my spine to hopefully relieve the pain. My pain management dr. Will not do the injection with out a MRI . Because of anxiety im not able do a closed MRI with out sedation. Two months ago his incompetent nursing staff ordered the wrong one. I didn't find out it was the wrong one untill i drove 3 hrs to Springfield MO. In agonizing pain. So they rescheduled it for another one four and half weeks later. I had to drive another 3 hrs. Only to find out the nursing staff had again ordered the wrong MRI I was told yesterday that they had arranged for the right one this time. All I had to do was let them know the days I could do it. I called back this morning and was… told they would get it scheduled and would let me know when. I get a call later in the day that they were not going to schedule it and Dr. Caron was sending me back to my primary Dr. To get a referral to another surgeon. The kicker is there is no other orthopedic surgeon here. My advice is check reviews that other people have written about him before making an appointment with him. Also seems hes been at 5 hospitals in his short career. It makes you wonder why.

I was seen at Dr. Caron's office today for an ankle fracture. Everyone from the office staff to nurse and nurse practitioner were so warm and professional.

I was talked to in a derogatory manor. Dr. Caron was unbelievably rude. He did not follow the code of ethics. He belittled me and discussed my medical information in front of a friend and a nurse without my permission. Dr. Caron needs a real attitude adjustment.

Run...hobble or crawl away ....worst experience and care ever! Caron and his phys assts are the everything wrong with medicine today Cavalier, dismissive, insulting with no regard for their oath.

I had surgery 3 months ago and my arm is still in a sling the therapist they sent me to hurts me worse that the surgery, I’m learning Mercy only cares the day of.

My mother had a tri-malleolar fracture of her leg/ankle and Dr. Caron did her surgery/after care. Was thorough and helpful, compassionate when he came and found me after surgery to explain what he had done and how my mother was doing. Friendly and caring at all her followup appointments. Excellent care/surgery.

I had a plateau fracture of fibia and tibia as well as fracture of humerus in Sept 2014. Dr Caron was my surgeon for two procedures on my leg. I found he was attentive and answered my questions. He saw me in Rehab before my second procedue to answer questions. Each office visit, I saw him as well PA My last visit was in Jan 2015 When he discharged me to Physical Therapy. My recovery was long but with a good surgeon and therapist I have made wonderful progress and walk even without a limp.

Horrible dr! Knowingly left me with with dislodged hardware in my cervical spine refused to reattach it! Gave me osteomyelitis in my cervical spine during surgery! The man nearly cost me my life.
