Dr. Troy Olan Dawson, MD

Dr. Troy Dawson is a family medicine physician who also specializes in hospice and palliative medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine and completed his residency at Methodist Hospital. With 32 years of experience in practice, Dr. Dawson brings extensive knowledge to caring for patients across all age groups. He speaks both English and Spanish to better serve his community.

Dr. Dawson practices at Antelope Memorial Hospital and maintains offices in multiple Nebraska communities, including Neligh, Orchard, Elgin, and Clearwater.
