Dr. Troy Jojiro Handojo, MD

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Troy Handojo at Lake Elsinore Family Care Center. After my first visit, I thought perhaps he was simply having an off day, so I gave it a few more opportunities. Unfortunately, my experience did not improve. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously and that there was very little interest in providing proper follow-up care. I had difficulty getting responses to messages and phone calls, and I was left without the communication and follow-up I expected from my doctor. Having to repeatedly reach out just to get basic information was extremely frustrating. Overall, this was a very negative experience, and I would not recommend Dr. Handojo based on my experience.

One of a kind doctor.

I feel like he got annoyed when I asked questions and I didn’t get any real responses from him either. I’ve never felt that way at a doctors appointment before. I’ve been seeing his partner or the office PA’s for 14 years without a problem. I’ll go back to one of them and skip Dr. Handojo from now on.

I was a patient of Dr Handojo when he was with the Fallbrook Family Clinic. I absolutely love Dr Handojo and had to track him down and find where he went so I could continue to see him.

Walks out in what you think is middle of examination never to be seen again during that visit. Doesn't answer questions. Can't even find results to test he ordered.

Think you are in middle of appointment and he never comes back to explain or answer any of your questions. Nurse got called away so have no idea how to take medications. Insensitive.

Dr. Handojo is the BEST physician I've met. He has a wonderful bedside manner, calm, and caring personality.
