Dr. Troy Alan Jones, MD

I will never ever set foot into this vile place. I was rudely told by nurse Tammy, that she was denying ,e service because I had no way in to the office to see the doctor. I was rudely told like a scolded child that there was no excuse for me not to go in. I was crushed. All I wanted was my pills refilled. I got denied and was told she would take me off the appointment books because I refused to go in. I have tried every way possible to find a damned way in and was DENIED. I'm too far from Meadville and I am not in Greenvilles County to get services. So find you a nothing Doctor, find one who cares for you as a person and not a na,e and a toe tag. I am crushed, hurt, and my mental state is very bad. To be scolded and denied like a 2 year old was enough. I habe social anxiety, depression, I am easily hurt by people's words. Do not go here if you have mental instability, they do not take care of you here. Do not go here. Go somewhere where they care. This place does not.

His staff is not very nice and he takes forever to get back to u on test results and I do not recommend his office

I am very disappointed in this office and doctor. He does not address or care about my problems. His office staff is incompetent. If you need results from labs or xrays it will take 2 months to get those results. I had a chest xray done that showed an artifact and needed a followup CT scan. However, this report was not addressed by the doctor for 3 weeks. Unspeakable. Do not recommed this doctor or office at all.

My experience is that Dr. Troy Jones during office visits consistently devotes full attention to the patient, listens carefully, is never dismissive, acts on treatable symptoms, explains what he is doing or what he proposes in treatment, and is of course professional in manner. Adults cannot go wrong with Dr. Troy in my judgment.
