Staff was awful!!!! My son was coming in as a new patient and had the worst experience at this office ever!!! The ladies at the front desk were rude and not helpful at all. My son was making an attempt to understand why he could not be be seen as to which we never found out why. The older white lady at the front was breaking all confidentiality and she had a full on conversation about my son implying "he must be autistic, he must have a problem." while he was standing there at the front desk trying to get help. The black lady at the front desk told him he couldn't be seen but never told him why and kept saying, " you can't be seen today." I have made several attempt to speak with Dr. Visconti and on my final attempt to get his email to tell him of my experience I was told by the office manage and another young lady, whom would not give me her name, that this matter is done and Dr. Visconti was made aware of this matter and does not wish to speak with me. The whole staff was rude and… disrespectful. No, my son is not autistic. It was horrible to hear healthcare workers speaking of someone like that. If he were autistic it would have crushed him to hear you speak of him "having a problem" how dare you all treat people with disregard has you have. My son was hurt by this experience, a experience he did not deserve. He couldn't get one person to offer an apology or show any empathy for his situation. Sad!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you have a soul, you would not ever make this office your PCP. "

Makes my wife very frustrated and upset. She is an RN with over 30 years of service. She suffers greatly with pain from terrible joints and back problems among other things. She has had a lot of emotional trauma in her life which Dr. Morris seems to dismiss.

He is patient, kind , smart and genuinely cares about his patients .

Dr Morris saved my life! 22 blood pressure medicine changes, multiple Er visits with blood pressure spiking 237/190,170/110,190/110 ,3 internist,2 cardiologist over 3years .I went to see Dr Morris .He added 1anxiety medication ,adjusted blood pressure medicine my blood pressure is now in the normal range no more spikes Thank you Dr Morris!!

Dr. Morris has always been accurate in his diagnosis. He's never been in a rush. I've always appreciated his expertise. However, he is responsible for his staff which hasn't always been up to par. Their office doesn't follow up with blood work. They have on multiple occasions not refilled medication after it was requested at a recent Dr. visit. They've requested that I make another appt. Very unhappy with this and have changed physicians because of the unwillingness to work with the patient so they can get another co-pay and claim on insurance. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!

This office overbooks on their patients and does not get around to see them if the patient is still waiting at closing time. This office will take your co pay and not return it if you are not see. I advised my insurance company not to pay this office visit claim in which they gladly told me they would not.

Excellent Doctor, Spends time with you and explains anything You need to Know..Would highly recommend Dr. Morris.
