He pulled a perfectly good molar and left the bad one. He had my xrays pulled up. I’d been to the office before. He had my paperwork. The molar he pulled did NOT even have a cavity!! As an RN myself, I know accidents can happen, but I expect an oral surgeon to check and ask themselves WHY would I put someone under and pull a good molar, when there are 2 others that are almost beyond repair?!? It’s an egregious error. I was then offered an implant as compensation. He was actually being rude to me when I said it would make no sense to get the tooth there, as I have major crowding on the top. Steer clear of ppl who have big degrees and can’t use common sense not to take out perfect molars. The half baked compensation, (which would include u trusting them to do their job correctly) is ludicrous. I’ll never let him in my mouth AGAIN!

I had an implant done by Dr. Trondson. So visited him 2 times. Here is why I am 100% satisfied with the work he did: - During the time he did the 2 procedures required he seemed very professional and he did everything with ease - During the procedures he talked to me and told me what was going on - Almost no pain (which was great) and no complications - He took the time to answer all my questions - He advised me what I should do in the future about my teeth even though some was outside of his expertise - He has a funny, relaxed and compassionate character I really liked him

Have had a very difficult case:7yrs worth. He never gave up,was compassionate &slways concerned about your comfort. Great sense of humor and top notch talent! His dental assistance are also top notch as well as Michelle at front desk. Is always available for your concerns. Love the entire Weat office

I am sixty been thru 2 cancers. I have always been nerved out when it came to dental surgery. Everything dr. Trondson has said has been true he is gental, honest, and explains anything you want to know. We have had three family members under his care. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him

He did not seemed to care about the pain I was in nor did he take to time to accurately diagnos a dry spcket that I had. Did not prescribe medication that actually helped after I went to him after the initial prescription didn't help he brushed it off and prescribed the same exact thing. Has a real egotistical personality and his care and treatment backed it up.

Office and Dr. Trondson were all very friendly, doctor made you feel at ease. I would recommend them.

Having just had two wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Trondson I cannot speak more highly of his genuine care, professionalism and practice. My experience in having to have two wisdom teeth extracted was scary, but Dr. Trondson and his staff made the process seamless and painless. As a matter of fact, I didnt experience ANY pain following the surgery no scarring, no bruises, and no recovery complications. I found Dr. Trondson to be one, (if not the best) Medical Doctor, Dentist and Oral Surgeon that Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. I would recommend him to ANYONE requiring oral care. You will not find any other doctor to even come remotely close to the level of care, compassion and service that Dr. Trondson provides. Do your research like I did there IS a reason why so many patients like me find him to be the best of the best in oral care. I would go back to see Dr. Trondson to have my teeth cleaned, if I could!!
