Dr. Troy Alan Williams

Dr. Troy Williams promised to fix a malocclusion and after showing him specifically what I wanted fixed he assured me that he can get this done with Damon Braces. I even showed him research paper of Weston Price, since I wasn't after straight teeth but rather a well fitting bite that would correct my slight deformity. Close to finish time he made a bad adjustment that destorted the entire wire and shifted ALL of the teeth out of place. He then got mad at me for waiting 6 weeks to tell him on my follow-up appointment. First of all, why is it MY fault? Second, he made a big deal out of small complaints when teeth would hit hard...so I stopped complaining or even mentioning that teeth would hit hard in 1 particular spot. In the end, his screw up ended up not getting corrected, he said (and i quote):" We're not getting anywhere, let's take them off." The day they came off the kids that work in his place ruined my 2 front crowns by grinding the glue off with a drill. the doctor was… nowhere to be seen. Be aware that on the day your braces come off in this place, there will be NO doctor present. Fast forward 4 years and I ended up with severe TMJ, a misaligned jaw and headaches that you can hear scream in Nepal. I went back and asked him if he could finish the treatment he stopped so quickly...and his staff member already told me he won't do it. She was rude and opinionated and all she heard was me complaining instead of me asking for help. I would've paid the money in full for him to finish what he started, but she did not want to hear it. Dr. Troy Williams came in, "examined" me, clearly saw the horrible job he left me with and told me to go to my regular dentist to fine-tune the teeth. Are you serious?! Bad advice after what I just told him. For any adult looking to get a bad bite fixed, please stay away from Dr. Troy Williams. He doesn't care about your complaints, he does not care about your wishes or needs, he only sees another 5000,- bucks and will give you a cookie-cutter bite like he does to all the children. He promised me something and couldn't deliver and then denies any wrong doing and refuses to retreat/fix it even when offered a second chance nicely. He should've referred me to a TMJ Dentist, a Doctor who sepcializes in adults with misaligned jaws, neck and ill fitting teeth.
