Great with my granddaughter. Fabulous bedside manner. Connected right away with my usually shy, introverted, and terrified granddaughter. I truly loved her personality. She really cares about her patients. Explained everything in plain English for me. Great doctor.

Dr. Duong was rude during our urgent care tele-health video call for our 7 month old. My daughter had woken up from her sleep, vomited 4-5 times already in 45 minutes, and was about to vomit during the video call; Dr. Duong laughed at my child, called her "dramatic," and said she was "being a drama queen." The rudest, most unprofessional physician I've ever encountered. She also provided no help in regards to diagnosis or treatment. Based on her disregard for the patient and lack of professionalism, it seemed as though she was inebriated during the call.
