Dr. Truong D Nguyen, DO

went in for my first visit regarding my neck and arm pain obtained while working. As soon as Dr. Thoung Nguyen walked in he was very rude and disrespectful questioning everything I said and making me feel very uncomfortable to the point I cried. He told me that my neck and arm needle and tingling pain was a result of stress and that he had the same issue and that it would last the rest of my life and to reduce my stress to minimize symptoms. He told me that it was not because of work and that insurance was going to deny my claim and that I needed to quit my job and look for a new one. I went in for a second opinion from a non workers comp doctor and completed a cervical MRI and was diagnosed with a cervical bulging disc c5/c4 and now am getting proper treatment and care. I cant believe he is working as a doctor as he does not care for patients and completely tried to downplay my symptoms and deny my claim for reasons I cant understand. Please if your reading this dont listen to what… this man says and go get yourself a second opinion away from Kaiser. They are not looking out for your best interest!
