My health has greatly improved since Dr. Lai is no longer my doctor. Having new doctors, I now realize what a poor doctor he is. Also, I hope he no longer keeps his patients waiting two, three, and even four hours before seeing them. Also, he led me to believe he was my primary care doctor when he was only my cardiologist.

A doctor who really takes the time to listen to you and does care for you. I have asked him about other issues and I always get a great response. He makes you look at yourself, your meds and your problem in such a way that you feel part of a team effort. I wouldn't trade him for anyone else. I have heard people say they have to spend a long wait for their appointment as he doesn't hurry with his patients. Of course, he spends time with his patients. He's not in a huge hurry because he wants to help you, wants to get to know what is bothering you and what your heart goals are. What are you determined to do, get healthier, of course! Check him out. I recommend him highly.

I am or was a patient. I called to get my results, told I had to set an appointment. I set an appointment, I live an hour away , I requested for him to give them to me over the phone at the time of the appointment. I was told no. He likes face to face, Lets do Skype i was told he doesn't do that. They refuse to give me my results unless I travel the one hour each way. I had to request my records. And they Hung up on me. If I get them I Hope/Pray my reg Dr. can interpret them.

Dr Lai is one of the nicest Doctor I have ever met. He takes time with me, has a wonderful personality and I truly trust in his diagnosis. He is eager to explain my condition and what is happening with my body. He gives advice on what is good for me and I believe in him. He is an outstanding Physician , in my book. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Lai is a good doctor. Although the wait to see him is very long but it is worth it. He is very knowledgeable, knows his profession well! He is witty!!
