Dr. Tuan A Pham, DDS

Avoid this crook at all costs. He is not licensed as an orthodontist, and took 5 years of my life away. Appointments were made, and cancelled at the last minute. He estimated that my time in braces would be 1.5 years, but it turned out to be FIVE years. I had to go to another orthodontist to get it fixed, because it was so bad. Wasted nearly $7000 in all, just to find out that he wasn't licensed as an orthodontist, in the first place. Apparently, he had his license as a general dentist REVOKED and had multiple disciplinary actions from the board. The workers at the office were not diligent, and are not licensed hygienist or orthodontic assistants. All they do is switch bands, but have no ideas what type of wires to use or how to tighten it. Again, like I said, I wasted 5 years on this guy and my teeth ended up looking worse than they did originally. My new orthodontist scoffed at Pham's work (I'm not even going to bother calling him Dr., because he does not deserve that… title) and cleaned up his mess in less time than it took for Pham to butter his new patients up. I suffered so much pain and time under his "care", and do not wish this treatment even upon my worst enemy. Workers were also very rude, and do not let parents allow to go the back for their kids' treatment. Why would they do this, unless they are trying to hide something? Parents pay for their kids' treatments - they should be allow to go with their kids and ask Pham about the progression of the treatment. Pham avoids that question at all costs, BECAUSE HE DOES NOT KNOW HIMSELF. Again, I don't know how this guy managed to graduate from an accredited dental school. If he graduated bottom of his class, I would not be surprised.
