Over 2 hour wait , staff getting rude

Dr, Pham was reprimanded by the California Medical Booardard and refused licensing in the State of Illinois due to faulty medical practice. See California Medical Board for a report. In spite of the latter, I gave Dr. Pham the benefit of my doubts and scheduled an appointment. He speaks in broken English since he is not native born and has difficulty explaining complex issues. thus, he was unable to clarify my EKC and echocardiogram report. He was late while I took the stress test and another MD had to sit in for him. During my second appointment he was one hour and twenty minutes late. I told staff that I was about to leave when he showed up. I reprimanded him for his tardiness and he resented it. Rather than attempting to explain the results of this costly test, he hurried to his next appointment. I now need to see a cardiologist in Newport Beach to follow through with Dr. Pham's n negligence. Let me also say that an office atmosphere is reflective of theMD's… practice. This office is dark and dreary. It furniture is old and tattered. There is no light entering the office. Just working there all day would be depressing. I consider Dr. Pham as second level medical care, bu this often the casein the Inland Empre. Most MDs here ae foreign born, o you take your chances.

Very professional and courteous. This doctor is thorough and sharp! He doesn't hesitate in ordering heart tests and exams. He is right on top of all situations. Very recommendable! I definitely feel safe in his care!

Dr. Pham takes time to explain treatment plans, test results, and answer questions. He has a friendly and caring bedside manner. The office staff is great and I have not had to wait for a long time to see Dr. Pham at my scheduled appointments.

Dr. Pham is the most caring, humble, doctor I have ever met. He has such a sweet professionalism and has been awesome in the care of my father.I would highly recommend him.
