Dr. Tulay Aksoy, MD

I had my interaction with dr aksoy while she took care of my ailing mother, words can't describe how compassionate she is, she was always there caring for her and answering our questions. She also made sure everything was arranged and taken care of while we went home

My first time dealing with Dr Tulay Askoy, I felt she was in a mode of listening from a point of view of what she'd expected to be said, therefore making communication with her belabored. Her pessimism is exhausting and takes the wind out of me and my family members sails. There is no possibility in her words. In all of my conversations with her she has painted a grim worse case scenario picture. My concern is, when I speak to the 2 other Dr's on this case they add optimism to dose of what may be looming in the worst scenario. My concern is, this Dr will throw in the towel based on what she "Thinks" can happen and convince the family to give up and not try to exhaust all resources. I understand Dr's see typical happenings of cases being similar and base facts on that and science but feel this Dr doesn't separate cases based on a patients past history but instead paints a broad stroke all cases are the same so get prepared to see this love one die. Insensitive. I've chose to no… longer speak with this Dr as she has no compassion.
