Review: PLEASE run from this “doctor.” He’s the worst I’ve ever seen. He doesn’t listen to you, gaslights you, doesn’t respond to messages in portal, makes excuses, & no one ever calls you back. Long wait times to call in & leave a message- nurse never pays attention or calls back either. Nurse also gaslights & patronizes patients. She literally thought “Miralax” & “GOLIGHTLY” were the same!! Doctor said there was “no such thing as Low-Dose Naltrexone” & he was wrong & put me on too high of a dose! Never apologized! Doctor swore SoonerCare had to send HIM a form- but it was actually HIM who needed to send it!! I had to do all the work to find the form on the SoonerCare website! That’s the doctors job. He was wrong AGAIN! They make you work to find doctors as well. They never seem to receive or send out referrals either- they make you do it ALL. There have been multiple issues with referrals, medications, & lack of communication. No one ever returns my calls or portal messages. There… is always a long wait even just to call in. Dr. Tran & the nurses don’t listen to their patients, they constantly make excuses for having patients fall through the cracks, & they always drop the ball. Long in office wait times as well. They don’t keep track of patients medications either- even after my meds being “verified” at check in. A different nurse at another facility noticed how bad it was without me saying anything. Most unprofessional practice I’ve EVER seen. I’ve seen a lot too- I’m a chronically ill patient with rare diseases. Please save yourself the heartache & find a doctor who actually cares about his patients. This “doctor” has made it clear that he doesn’t care, at all!!
