This doctor leaves patient files in the exam rooms after visits to "be finished later". The patients entire file is sitting in plain sight and accessible to anyone. I asked that he move them and he refused. I referenced HIPAA regulations and that I thought he was in violation and he told me "go file complaint". I am in the process of completing a complaint for the HHS. I would not recommend this doctor to my enemy. He told me there was "no important information in the files". He stated that if someone found out a child had AIDS it was "no big deal". I feel as though his recklessness about my privacy has impressed upon me the opinion that he may not truly care about his patients in general and that is a risk I am not willing to take.

i love takeing my kids to doctor tung he is very good with kids . He happen to be my doctor when i was a child and i really enjoy his practic. The front desk ladies are really good at customer service .. Thank you Doctor Tung ...

i would not recommend this place doctor does not even speak to you and is very rude. every time i would go with my son he wouldn't even tell me if there was something wrong with him, he would just prescribe and leave
