I go to dr wong for everything. If I have to go see a specialist I always go to her for a second opinion.

Her bedside manner is seductive, but if she thinks you have self-diagnosed, she will mock you and stop listening to you at all. And when you, in fact, turn out to be right, she will simply pretend you never said anything, and begin modifying your medical records to cover her mistake. I say this, because from my perspective, that is exactly what she did to me. Suddenly, all my reasons for visits, symptoms complaints, everything is "unknown" in my records. Really? Once upon a time, those areas were filled in with the truth, but now, "unknown". Funny that for four years all my appoints were for unknown reasons and that I have no recorded symptoms... If this isn't fraud, it is an extremely and consistently unprofessional office staff and a doctor who doesn't care or check how her patients medical records are kept. However, this is not the case, because those notes used to be there. Now? "unknown". Very suspicious. When I pointed this out, I was tossed out of the patient… portal so I could no longer access my records at all. Seems like a cover-up... The above is my opinion, despite the growing mound of evidence she keeps handing me.

First of all she is an OD. She is bright and knows her stuff. Dont let any bad reviews sway you. She is my Dr and I will choose her every time.Of course she is busy as they all are there. She is with you when she is with you.She is up with the time.Good for you Dr Wong!

Sad to see the bad review. Dr. Wong was very professional and thorough througout the entire physical exam I had. As a young male I was a little nervous going to a female doctor, but she maintained professionalism the whole time. I would reccomend her to anyone

Dr Wong puts on like she cares, but she doesent care at all.God forbid if you are in any pain she does not care. She will give you a prescription if you come see her but if you just want to have you medication refilled she will have her abrasive nurse call you and try to get you to keep having to go see her so they can charge your insurance co. or your wallet over and over. She surrounds herself with unfriendly nurses, especially her lead nurse, nurse ratched. So my opinion is please find a dr that truely cares and defenitly a better nurse that dont talk to you like your a criminal for getting your medications refilled.These people are after only one thing MONEY...
