This rating isn't based on the staff or the quality of the work, it is the dentist and his policies itself. I went in for a cleaning and provided my insurance. After the office processed my insurance they must have come back with a balance still due. Shortly after the cleaning I left the country on a trip. While I was away and out of the country, with a 10 hour time difference, I got a call from their office telling me that I owed $67. I didn't argue with them but said that it was the middle of the night where I was and I'd take care of it when I returned in a couple weeks. Literally 2 weeks to the day I got another call from their office. They were rude and said that if I didn't immediately pay over the phone with a credit card they would turn my account over to a collection agency. I wasn't event back from my trip yet. He didn't even give me a chance to get back home and take care of it. Don't visit this doctor unless you want to be hassled and treated like a piece of… trash.
