I spoke to the doctor on the phone, before I was done giving her my symptoms she said she could not help me. She began yelling at me and accusing me of lying about talking to another doctor, when I tried explaining my situation, she responded with “ go talk to another doctor, I’m not helping you” and then hung up. I payed over $45 do be hung up on. So disrespectful and unprofessional.

I couldn’t understand her through her heavy accent and she literally yelled at over the phone and stated that I just didn’t want to understand her.
