Dr. Tye B Harrison, DO

Wanted to see Dr Harrison, but was kind of forced by the lady that answers the phone Lisa to see Sadie, which was a Zoom call because she’s not practicing in office. I pushed a little I wanted to see Dr Harrison and she said you’re gonna be better off to see Sadie. I knew it I was not going to like seeing a doctor over Zoom call for this kind of situation. I needed her to see me and talk to me and work out some of the kinks that I was having with my health. Again, I called and asked if I could switch to Dr Harrison and she said it would be awkward now that I had seen Sadie….. through Zoom call no less. I clearly am not comfortable with the protocol I was given and wanted to discuss it more thoroughly. I paid the initial fee which was $150 and then they want to keep you on a “retainer fee” for $75 a month. We were not comfortable with that. My husband called and tried to talk to them, and Lisa (the phone answerer) was very difficult and rude. I went to pick up my prescriptions today… and they canceled them. So I paid $225 for basically absolutely nothing. I have other friends who see other hormone doctors and are completely happy and satisfied and get answers to their questions not emails. I would not recommend this office The gal that answers the phone and probably is answering the emails is very very very unprofessional.
