"I love being a dentist. I find it very rewarding and challenging at the same time. I gain satisfaction in educating patients on their dental health and preserving their teeth and preventing gum disease. I attend as many continuing education courses as possible to further my devotion to the field of dentistry. I find it stimulating to learn new techniques and love to share my knowledge with our patients. Changing a person's smile and restoring missing teeth can truly change their life."
Dr. Williams grew up in Sandy, Utah. After graduating from the University of Utah, Dr. Williams entered the School of Dentistry at Virginia Commonwealth University and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He worked as an associate for another dentist prior to purchasing his current practice.
Dr. Williams continues to study and explore the field of dentistry. He completes over 30 hours of continuing education courses each year in pursuit of receiving a Master certificate from …the Academy of General Dentistry. Most recently, his studies have covered: cosmetic and esthetic dentistry, root canal treatment, teeth whitening, clear orthodontics, preventative dentistry, and implant dentistry.
Dr. Williams spends his free time cycling, mountain biking and watching sports. He also enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his wife and two children.
He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association (ADA), and the Utah Dental Association. Throughout the year he volunteers his time giving back to the community and as a volunteer dentist for Salt Lake Donated Dental Services, a program that provides free services for the homeless and indigent.
