Dr. Tyler Voight Wurmlinger

I would say that this is possibly the worst dentist I've ever visited in my life. The office staff is unprofessional. I would specifically like to highlight the behavior of the office manager, Kaitlyn. In my opinion, she is not fit for her position. I was charged $15 four times for a service that was not covered under insurance. There was no way for to me go back and undo the cleaning. I made it abrasively clear from the first appointment that I only wanted to services that were covered under my insurance. I followed up with Kaitlyn and I told her about the issue, but she refused to sensibly refund me for the measly $70. I cannot understand why someone would be willing to lose a patient over such simple circumstances. I hope that this honest review encourages the office staff to improve themselves. The cleaning itself was fine. The lack of communication and professionalism will prevent patients from returning.

Arrogant and not professional

Best dentist I have ever seen. By far. Did awesome work. My smile looks amazing.

In moving around the country so often, I get to see a lot of dentists. Dr. Wurmlinger is by far the most professional, compassionate, and sincere dentist I've ever seen. I have had 7 root canals prior to this and was in need of an eighth. The scheduler was able to squeeze me in and he began the root canal that evening! Dr. Wurmlinger by far performed the best procedure with the least amount of pain. His assistant and the whole office staff are extremely friendly and helpful as well. I STRONGLY recommend him to everyone I meet.
