I have been seeing doctor uthaman for over three years just recently was hospitalized for depression the hospital sent report to dr uthaman I was at is office to today for my pain treatment. Doctor uthaman told me he was uncomfortable giving me my medication even though the hospital told me to continue taking my pain medication this was in the report that was given to doctor uthaman. So because he is uncomfortable with mental illness. I will be going through withdrawals my blood and urine tests showed that I don't abuse my pain medication I take them your suppose to. So if you see doctor uthaman for pain treatment. If you suffer from depression mental illness don't let him know. Because he will stop treating you. I even ask for just a few until I found a doctor that not uncomfortable with mental illness. But he is not a caring doctor. If you suffer from depression mental illness do not see this doctor

I have been a patient for about three years, I was referred by my back surgeon. DR. Uthaman is right on target with my treatment plan, he is by the book as required by state law and he takes his time to listen. His staff is friendly, polite and go out of their way to be helpful.

I have been with doctor uday about ten years now. And he has been very informative, concerning my pain. And I am thankful for this.

Dr. Uthaman never once explained my MRI'S to me, seeing him every month, in the 10 years he was my pain management doctor. He would tell me to "Google it", along with any other questions I had pertaining to my injury. The wait time became outrageous- up to 4 hrs an appt at times, and only 5- 10 minutes of that spent with the doctor. He's not a good listener and doesn't seem to care when you are talking. Everyone else who works there is kind, well except for "Rotten Ruby" she can be quite rude at times! I suppose it was my saving grace when Dr. Uthaman decided to drop-out as a workers comp provider, notifying his patients by a letter in the mail and only gave us a months notice to find another doctor. Well, I found a doctor who really cares and he explained everything to me during my consult visit. Now, I believe, I may be on the road to recovery!

The office does get busy and do expect a wait to be seen, yet thats expected in many heathcare facilities. A great Doctor takes their time and listens. Dr. U is a great doctor and does just that!! I would wake up not having any feeling in both hands, totally numb! Dr. Uthaman set me up with a treatment plan that has helped me with my day to day activities. I'm able to get out of bed each day pain free! Staff is always helpful, understanding and there to assist you making it easier for a smooth visit. Ruby and Dominique are so awesome!
